Gary Hunter is Head of Culinary Arts at Westminster Kingsway College (CoVE). A qualified lecturer with 12 years' experience in teaching levels 1-4, he is also a leading Chef Patissier and Chocolatier, winning numerous gold medals.

Terry Tinton is Course Coordinator for the Professional Chef Diploma at Westminster Kingsway College (CoVE). He has won many awards spanning a hugely successful career, which has so far included holding a senior position at the House of Commons and working extensively across Switzerland and Germany.

Patrick Carey is Senior Lecturer and Course Coordinator for the FdSc in Culinary Arts at Westminster Kingsway College (CoVE). He was winner of the Senior Toque d�Or Competition and was the only chef to ever gain distinction marks across the board for 706/3.

R. H. Ettinger is Professor of Psychology at Eastern Oregon University. His research focuses on psychopharmacology, and includes investigations of the neural mechanisms underlying feeding and addiction. Notably, it has led to the development of an anti-cocaine antibody and an understanding of the role of Pavlovian conditioning in drug tolerance and addiction.

About the Author
Frank C. Keil is the Charles C. and Dorathea S. Dilley Professor of Psychology and Professor of Linguistics and chair of the Psychology Department at Yale University. Keil received his B.S. in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1973, an M.A. in Psychology from Stanford University in 1975, and a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1977. He was a faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Cornell University from 1977 to 1998 and has been at Yale since 1998. For over 35 years, he has taught an undergraduate lecture course in developmental psychology as well as advanced seminars at the undergraduate and graduate levels on topics in cognitive development and cognition. Keil has published extensively on topics concerned with many areas in the development of cognition and language. He has written two books on aspects of conceptual development, and he and Robert Wilson have edited the MIT Encyclopedia of the Cognitive Sciences, which was selected as the Outstanding Book in Psychology by the Association of American Publishers. Keil has served as president of the Society for Philosophy and Psychology and has received numerous awards for his scholarship, including the Boyd R. McCandless Award from the American Psychological Association (Developmental Psychology), the Distinguished Scientific Award for an Early Career Contribution to Psychology from the American Psychological Association, a Guggenheim Fellowship, a fellowship at the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences, a MERIT Award from the National Institutes of Health, and the Ann L. Brown Award for Excellence in Developmental Research. Keil has served on the Board on Science Education for the National Academy of Sciences, the McDonnell Foundation Advisory Board on Brain and Cognition, and numerous other boards and committees for government agencies and foundations. He also served as Master of Morse College at Yale University from 2001-2012. His research has been funded by the National Institutes of Health and the National Science Foundation. Keil, and his wife Kristi Lockhart, a clinical and developmental psychologist, are parents of three sons who are now in their twenties and thirties.

Gaynor Johnson is Senior Lecturer in International History at the University of Salford, UK and is a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society. About the Author
Robert Icke was artistic director of the Arden Theatre Company in Stockton on-Tees from 2003–7 and of the Swan Theatre Company in Cambridge from 2005–8, where he was awarded the Susie Gautier-Smith Prize for his contribution to theatre. As Associate Director of Headlong, his work for the company includes Boys by Ella Hickson, a national tour of Romeo and Juliet in 2012, and working with Rupert Goold to conceive and develop Decade in 2011. Other theatre includes: The Alchemist (Liverpool Playhouse) and Catalysta (Ovalhouse).

Duncan Macmillan is an award-winning playwright and director. His play Lungs was produced in a rolling world premiere at the Studio Theatre, Washington DC (nominated as Outstanding New Play at the Helen Hayes Awards) and Paines Plough/Sheffield Theatres in the UK (winner of Best New Play at the Off West End Awards and nominated for Best New Play at the Theatre UK Awards). 1984 is a wonderful classic book written by George Orwell. This is a script to a play, an adaptation based on the book 1984. I enjoyed this play immensely, and highly recommend it. However, I would suggest to read the book first.
